When will homes be ready for move-in?

Move-in timelines vary by community. Most homes are targeting December 2024 or early 2025. Please visit the individual community pages for specific availability dates, or contact us directly for the latest updates.

Am I eligible for Down Payment Assistance?

Many buyers qualify for $20,000–$25,000 or more in down payment assistance through programs like Invest Atlanta, Atlanta Housing Authority, and the Federal Home Loan Bank. Eligibility is based on household income relative to the Area Median Income (AMI). Apply Now for details and to apply.

Can I use an FHA, Conventional, or VA loan?

Yes — our homes are compatible with FHA (3.5% down), Conventional (up to 100% financing), and VA loans (100% financing for veterans and active military). How can I make my offer stand out from the competition?

Homes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Make your first offer your best offer. Offers without requests for closing cost contributions receive preferred consideration. Will the Builder pay any portion of the Buyer's closing costs?
